Designing for Deeper Learning
Our signature workshop, built around our signature framework.
We help teachers and leaders design for the whole—culture, connection, and pedagogy—so that what you leave with isn’t just a plan, it’s the tools to grow your practice over time. Whether you come solo or with a team, these experiences meet you where you are. Breakout sessions are tailored for classroom educators, as well as school and system leaders.
We offer:

Building AI-Ready Schools
Interactive learning experiences that help educators and leaders understand, navigate, and responsibly integrate artificial intelligence into teaching and learning—grounded in the values of deeper learning.
PBL Design Camp
Offered in partnership with High Tech High Graduate School of Education (HTH GSE), this hands-on camp supports educators in designing powerful, authentic project-based learning experiences. A custom KHA version is available for school contracts.
Design Thinking in Education
A half-day workshop introducing human-centered design mindsets and tools to address real educational challenges—ideal for innovation teams, teacher leaders, or cross-role collaboration.
Extended Learning Opportunities
Labs
Small-group, cohort-based learning experiences focused on implementation. Labs can be added to any workshop or designed as stand-alone, site-specific learning journeys aligned to your goals.
Curated Learning Walks
Visit classrooms across Mid-Pacific to see deeper learning in action—across grade levels, disciplines, and pedagogical models. Each walk includes guided reflection and facilitated discussion.
Coaching & Consultation
Targeted support for individuals or teams looking to implement, refine, or scale deeper learning practices. Available virtually or in person, short- or long-term.
