Meet Peyton ’26
I Found My Passion:
I started my journey at Mid-Pacific as an athlete, but along the way I discovered dance and hula. That experience opened new possibilities and helped me find a passion I did not expect. Mid-Pacific gave me the space to explore different parts of who I am. I learned that your path can change, and sometimes the thing you try on a whim becomes the thing that shapes you.
I Found My Path:
Mid-Pacific taught me that learning is not just about getting the right answer. It is about challenging yourself, asking questions, and learning from the moments when things feel difficult. My path at Mid-Pacific helped me understand that growth happens when you are willing to try something new, take risks, and keep going even when it is hard. Some of the most meaningful learning I experienced at Mid-Pacific came from being challenged. I learned that failure is not the opposite of success. It is part of how you grow.
I Found My People:
What I love most about Mid-Pacific is the environment. Whether I was in Pūpūkahi, MPSA Dance, or the classroom, I found people who supported me and helped me feel like I belonged. Mid-Pacific feels like ‘ohana. It is a place where students can find their people, share their passions, and feel supported by classmates and teachers. My place at Mid-Pacific has always been shaped by the people around me. The friendships, teachers, and mentors made this campus feel like a second home. My advice to students is simple: do not be afraid to put yourself out there. Try the class, join the club, meet new people. That is how you find yourself.
