Meet Destiny ’26
I Found My People:
The people are what make Mid-Pacific special to me. The friends I’ve made, the coaches who believed in me, and the teachers who always wanted me to succeed made this place feel like a second home. Mid-Pacific helped shape me into the person I am today, and I’ll always be thankful for that.
I found most of my friends at Mid-Pacific. Whether it was through sports, classes, or just being around campus every day, I met people who became like family to me. The community here is very welcoming, and I always felt supported by my friends, teammates, teachers, and coaches.
I Found My Passion:
Mid-Pacific helped me find what I enjoy doing by giving me a lot of opportunities to try different things. I played soccer, track and field, and volleyball, and each sport taught me something different. Being involved in sports helped me grow as a person and showed me the importance of hard work, teamwork, and commitment. Mid-Pacific gave me the chance to explore my interests and figure out what I wanted for my future.
I Found My Path:
My academic journey wasn’t always easy, but it helped me grow a lot. Taking challenging classes taught me how to manage my time and stay focused, especially while balancing sports. Over the years, I became more confident in myself and learned that hard work really does pay off.
I will be attending Southern Methodist University and majoring in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate. Through my classes and experiences at Mid-Pacific, I realized that I enjoy leadership, problem-solving, and working with people. The support I received from my teachers helped me discover that business was the right path for me.
