Welcome to the New 2025-2026 School Year!

Honolulu, Hawai‘i — The Owls are back! Mid-Pacific kicked off the school year with an energizing Opening Convocation! From a spirited Ka‘ala Street welcome to a blessing for the year ahead, our ‘ohana came together to celebrate the school’s youngest preschool Owls to the mighty Seniors in the traditional class banner ceremony.

Because of exciting campus improvements, including the new Track & Field Facility under construction, middle school students joined the celebration from Bakken Auditorium via Mills Gymnasium’s new large LED screen.

One highlight came when Preschooler Miki ’40, with her parents Bert ’95 and Emi Takita, unveiled the Class of 2040 banner. Then, Emi M. ’26 proudly carried forward tradition by presenting the Senior Class of 2026 banner — a moment that signaled the start of their final year of high school and all the milestones to come.
