7th Grade Pizza Lunch & Mixer

Honolulu, Hawai‘i — Today, new Mid-Pacific 7th graders enjoyed a pizza lunch and mixer organized by Middle School Technology Teacher Kevin Tokuda and 7th Grade Math Teacher Jeffrey Chang. The gathering was a chance to check in, connect, and help students get to know one another and their teachers outside the classroom.

Through a fun “getting to know you” activity, students and faculty discovered commonalities and began building friendships to carry through the year. With more than 30 new 7th graders joining Mid-Pacific this year, the lunch was a warm reminder that no one is alone in starting fresh and that support and friendship are always close by.
