MIDDLE SCHOOL DESIGN THINKING TEACHER Leilani Sills has her pen in her hand. She's trying to explain the learning process to me. First, she draws what people want it to be--and what teachers used to try to make it into: a straight, flat, efficient line from point A to point B.
