Helping Hands Fund
The Joe Rice Helping Hands Fund provides Mid-Pacific scholarships to motivated students who want a chance to step out of challenging life situations and truly change their lives. This endowed fund was established by friends and community members in May 2013 when Joe retired after 17 years as President and CEO of Mid-Pacific Institute, and 42 years in the education field.
