Theatre

The Mid-Pacific Theatre Program offers students in grades 6–12 opportunities to develop their skills in acting, singing, dancing, and devised performance. Working closely with artist-educators, students hone technique, create original work, and explore the history and theory that shape contemporary theatre.

Each year, the program produces up to three high school shows and a middle school musical, spanning genres such as musicals, Shakespeare, narrative theatre, Greek tragedy, children’s theatre, and student-created pieces. Mid-Pacific has proudly represented Hawai‘i multiple times at the American High School Theatre Festival at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, showcasing the depth and creativity of our young performers.
