Holiday Magic: Cocoa, Claus, and Christmas Cheer!

Holiday Magic: Cocoa, Claus, and Christmas Cheer!
Noelani Goldstein & Kelley Hitomi

The week before Winter Break was full of holiday cheer! We started off with our 3rd Annual Hot Cocoa Holiday Brunch, where everyone enjoyed warm cocoa and great company.

A big highlight was the Christmas Nativity program, organized by our amazing Mrs. Abe and Mrs. Day. Dr. Hussey played beautiful chapel songs while the 5th graders narrated the Christmas story so wonderfully. It was a truly special moment for all.

The next day, Mr. and Mrs. Claus visited from the North Pole, bringing popsicle treats and lots of smiles! The kids loved seeing them and sharing their holiday excitement.

We also had our “Secret Elf” book exchange, where the children tried their best to keep their elf identity a surprise. Their joy during the exchange was priceless!

The week’s energy reached its peak during the Christmas program rehearsals, culminating in the grand performance at Bakken Auditorium. Our Kindergartners dazzled the audience with their rendition of "Sugar Plum Fairy," earning cheers and applause from a packed house. Their dedication and courage were truly inspiring, and we couldn’t be more proud.

We hope you took this time to create special memories with your ‘ohana this holiday season. We are so grateful for your support and the opportunity to teach and nurture your wonderful children.
