NOTE: If you don't see the Self Service App after you complete the setup, try restarting the iPad by holding down the power button at the top, then swipe to power off. Turn the iPad on by holding the power button down.

If your device cannot connect to Wi-Fi while on Mid-Pacific Institute's campus, please bring your iPad in to the Technology Department located at Kawaiaha'o ground floor.

To use the Safari web browser app on the iPad, you will need your student Gmail username and password to login. More details here:


All new Mid-Pacific parents should have received an email containing your child(ren)'s username and password information to complete the steps above. If you haven't received an email with that information, please contact and specify the following:

  1. Your child's first and last name
  2. Grade level
  3. Your contact phone number
