"Be A Good Cookie" Bake Sale

For the fourth year in a row, the Class of 2022 will be the ONLY school in the state of Hawaii to participate in one of many National Childhood Cancer Awareness events in September, truly giving back to the children in our community.

The 8th graders are hosting a Middle School BAKE SALE on Friday, September 29th to raise funds for Cookies for Kids' Cancer. As part of our middle school and 8th grade initiative, "Owls for Change," our goal is to raise $600.00 or more before the end of September. We hope you will join us in our "Be a Good Cookie" campaign and support our efforts in exploring less toxic, more effective treatments for children with cancer. Every dollar counts and every small act makes a difference.

Join us in the "fight," help support our Be a Good Cookie Bake Sale this week as the 8th grade class raises money for Cookies for Kids' Cancer!

Traffic Concerns

September 22, 2017

Dear Mid-Pacific Parents and Guardians:

Mahalo for your patience as Mid-Pacific works to address traffic concerns related to the morning drop off time period. We are actively working to find alternative solutions to alleviate traffic congestion in the morning. Our number one priority is the safety and security of you and your children. As we work through these issues, we appreciate your kokua with the following:

  • Please abide by all directions provided by Mid-Pacific Campus Security personnel. These directions are meant for the purpose of keeping the traffic flow moving and ensuring your family's safety and security.

  • Drop-off at the Maile Way exit is prohibited. If this continues to happen, the University of Hawaii will eliminate Mid-Pacific's access to the Maile Way exit. As part of the school's agreement with UH, Mid-Pacific Campus Security personnel are required to give the right of way to all cars traveling on Maile Way first before allowing exiting cars to turn on to Maile Way from Mid-Pacific.

We encourage you to share your feedback regarding traffic on campus. The Mid-Pacific annual traffic survey will be emailed to all families on Sunday, September 24. Each year, we use this information to evaluate traffic flow in and around campus. Your feedback will assist us in taking necessary steps to address traffic concerns. We appreciate your support, patience and understanding.

For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at (808) 441-3760 or mfontana-kwon@midpac.edu.

MS Field Day...a Walk in the Park!

Ever went for a walk with over 450 middle school students? We did! Our annual Field Day took a new turn and ventured out into the community to Kanewai Park. With over 60 spirited teachers and parents in tow, it was a boisterous organized mass movement of fun in the sun! Thank you to all who supported this effort!
