Globetrotters Club members hiked up Diamond Head together on November 7, enjoying the breathtaking view of Waikiki to the west and Koko Head to the east. Everyone made it up the 173 stairs to reach the top of Diamond Head, Hawaii's most recognized landmark. The weather was perfect for hiking with calm trade winds blowing.
For many of the second-year international students, it was their second time climbing the crater but with new friends. As one student said, "It was harder going up this year but it was easier to talk because my English is better than last year." Great job hikers!
