Tuition Billing for SY2016-2017

Dear Parents,

Following is the status of your tuition billing for the school year 2016-2017:

AP & IB EXAM FEES - grades 11 & 12

The charges for students taking AP and IB exams in the school year 2016-2017 have not yet been finalized and, therefore, not included in your billings.


If you are paying tuition as a single payment, your billings will be available on NetClassroom under the heading "Billing" by June 24, 2016. Please log in with your parent account. Your payment is due by July 15, 2016 and can be mailed to Mid-Pacific Institute, attention Business Office, 2445 Kaala Street, Honolulu, HI 96822, or drop off at the school store across from Bakken Auditorium. Payments dropped off elsewhere on campus may delay processing or may be misplaced.


If you are on the semester or monthly payment plan, you are required to make your payments with FACTS Management Company (FACTS). If you do not have a FACTS account for Mid-Pacific Institute, please create an account at the following website:

We will finalize charges with FACTS beginning June 15, 2016. If you had signed up for email notification, you should receive a notice from FACTS Management Company to review your account. Once your account is activated, you will be able to log in to your account at the following website:

Please review your FACTS account to ensure that it is properly set up with the correct payment date and amount, bank account, and other pertinent information. If you had signed up for payments for your child's lunch or debit card account, those amounts should also be reflected in your payment amounts.

If you have more than one child at Mid-Pacific Institute with the same payment plan and do not have separate FACTS accounts for one or more child, we will add this child or children to your existing FACTS account.


If your child was awarded financial aid or scholarships from Mid-Pacific, your billing statement and FACTS account should reflect the net amount due.


We have billed program fees for Environmental Science, MPX 9 and 10, and instrumental rental for band and orchestra based on the tentative course listing. If your child is planning to drop the class or your child will not be renting an instrument through Mid-Pacific, you may delay payment until the final schedules have been released. If you make a payment and your schedule changes, we will refund the balance due or adjust your payments. For parents on FACTS, please email and let us know which program fee charges to hold.
