November is already here and we are in full swing in 2nd quarter.

Please read the following reminders & announcements regarding upcoming events:

1) Ron McNichols, the rep. for Jostens, will return on campus on Thursday, November 8th to collect order forms for cap/gown and other graduation merchandise. Seniors will be able to submit their order forms during 2nd homeroom.

2) The Hawaii College & Career Fair is scheduled on Thursday, November 8 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at NBC. For more information, you may check their website at www.hawaiiccfair.org or call the College Office at 973-5046.

3) Please notify me at minimum 2 weeks advanced notice if you are planning a trip to visit colleges on the mainland so that we can notify your child's teachers in a timely manner. Also, an "Absence from School" form is required prior to leaving.

4) The eligibility requirements to obtain a 2nd Semester Off-Campus pass will be as follows:
1) Minimum 2nd Quarter GPA of 2.5; 2) No D or F grades; 3) Minimum 2nd Quarter B+ Citizenship Grade.

5) Upcoming holidays and vacations (No School): 11/12 Veterans Day; 11/22-23 Thanksgiving Vacation.
