Aloha Noio 2!
We had a busy week with not one, but two research trips. On Thursday the students did a fantastic job collecting invasive fish in the Mānoa Stream, collecting over 100 Armored Catfish! After a busy morning in the stream, we finished our week with a fun-filled day at Waimea Valley. Here is a photo blog from our trips!

The kids had an epic tug-of-war with all four 3/4 classes!

We will be using what we learned from our field trips this coming week to help build our classroom wetland! We've also been busy creating our own poems in class, preparing for Poem-in-Your-Pocket day at the end of this month, April 27th.
As a reminder we have a shorter week, Thursday is a half day, and Friday is no school for Good Friday.
All the Best,
