Please note that there will be admissions interviews being held TODAY, Tuesday, November 14 from 3:00pm-5:30pm. Please keep the area surrounding Bakken Auditorium clear and quiet for our guests during this time. Parents and students should make alternate arrangements if this is your designated pick-up spot. Please join us as the Instrumental Music Program presents their Winter Concert on Saturday, November 18th beginning at 2:00pm in Bakken Auditorium. All the band, string and combined groups will present an afternoon of entertaining and take you on a musical journey. Please come and support your Middle and High School peers. Japanese Cultural Exchange Program
The Japan-America Society of Hawaii (JASH) is seeking applicants for the 30th Asian-Pacific Children's Convention (APCC), a cultural exchange program, July 12-24, 2018, in Fukuoka, Japan, for students in Hawaii born between September 1, 2006 and August 31, 2007. Scholarships - Seniors
ELKS MOST VALUABLE STUDENT scholarship. Deadline is November 27, 2017. Applicants must be US citizen pursuing a 4-year college degree in the United States. Students must submit a FAFSA generated Student Aid Report with their application. Criteria includes academic performance, community service, and leadership. FIRST Robotics Scholarship for Harvey Mudd College: for those students who have competed in high school FIRST Robotics competitions who are interested in attending Harvey Mudd College. Deadline is January 10, 2018. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 gpa. This is a $10,000 per year scholarship, renewable for 3 years. To apply, go to: https://connect.hmc.edu/register/FIRST.
We encourage you to attend the visits. They are an excellent opportunity to learn more about what colleges have to offer. New college visits are added daily. You can find the most updated list of college visits on Naviance (Family Connection) connection.naviance.com/midpac (under "Colleges" tab and click on "view all upcoming college visits"). If you will be missing a class, you must first ask your teacher for permission AND sign up at least two days in advance on Naviance. You will be responsible for any work missed.
