SPRING BREAK DRIVER EDUCATION CLASS:
March 13 to 17 from 8:00am to 2:30pm, $260. This class fulfills the 30-hour classroom instruction required by the State of Hawaii for anyone under 18 years of age prior to obtaining their driver's license.

Congratulations to Hana Yoon for being selected by audition to this year's OBDA HS Select Band. She is the principal Flute player and will be performing in a concert with other public and private high school students with world renowned guest conductor Jerry Junkin from the University of Texas at Austin. The concert will be on Sunday, February 19th, at McKinley High School Auditorium.

The Pueo Productions Club will be having a meeting on Thursday, February 9 during lunch in the Chew Tech Center. Please get your lunch and then come to the meeting.
MS Book and Creative Writing Club meeting on Friday, February 10th during lunch at A-307. We will be taking our club picture for the yearbook. Be sure to bring your favorite book for the picture.
United States Coast Guard Academy AIM (Academy Introduction Mission) Program:
This 6-day, summer program immerses participants in Academy tradition and life and is an excellent way to discover if the Academy if a good fit. Summer sessions run from July 9-14, 16-21, and 23-28. Application opens February 6 and closes April 1, 2017. For application and program information, go to: uscga.edu.
We encourage you to attend the visits. They are an excellent opportunity to learn more about what colleges have to offer. New college visits are added daily. You can find the most updated list of college visits on Naviance (Family Connection) connection.naviance.com/midpac (under "Colleges" tab and click on "view all upcoming college visits"). If you will be missing a class, you must first ask your teacher for permission AND sign up at least two days in advance on Naviance. You will be responsible for any work missed. Please check the Daily Bulletin and Family Connection for updates and new additions. All juniors and seniors are welcome to attend.
