BYOD Christmas Photo Booth!
Stop by the library any morning this week (Dec. 5-9) for a Christmas photo op. Our "studio" will be open from 7:00(ish) to 8:00am in the Library Foyer (that's where the tall tables and chairs are, in front of the library). We've got the props, you bring the camera and smiles!
Our annual Christmas Assembly will be held TODAY, Wednesday, December 7 at 2:30pm in the gym. Please report to the gym immediately after period 2 and sit in your class section. Students will be released following the assembly.
Mandatory meeting this Thursday, December 8 during tutorial/clubtime in A103. Many important items to discuss regarding a social event we are planning for January. Your participation and involvement is vital. We will see you there and we will make it brief. Thanks!

Japanese students who need help for final exam:
Japanese Club wants to help you. We set up study sessions on Thursday, December 8 and Friday, December 9 before school (7:30-810) in the Weinberg Seminar Room. It will be peer tutoring. Please bring your questions to the sessions.

SENIORS: The Mamoru and Aiko Takitani Foundation Scholarship allows Mid-Pacific Institute to nominate ONE outstanding senior for this $2,000 award. Applications must be submitted to the Mid-Pacific College Center by 3:30 pm Wednesday, February 1, 2017. (No applications are to be sent to the Takitani Foundation!) Applicants MUST HAVE a completed FAFSA and SAR (student aid report generated after the FAFSA is submitted) and TWO letters of recommendation, one from a faculty member at Mid-Pacific, and one from a community leader not associated with your school. Hawaii Pacific University's PREVIEW DAY will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the downtown Aloha Tower campus from 8:00am - 12:00noon (12:00 noon is an optional guided campus tour of the Aloha Tower Marketplace and Waterfront Lofts or self-guided tour of the Hawaii Loa Campus in Kaneohe). Spend the morning with the HPU faculty, staff, and current students to learn more about what HPU has to offer (academic programs, athletic programs, career services center, financial aid, honors program, housing, music programs, student life, first year programs and study abroad) and experience what it's like to be an HPU shark.
