Science Club Members, please attend the next Science Olympiad Meeting TODAY, September 30, at 3:05pm in room H232. We will choose a shirt design, vote for club leadership positions, and create teams for the upcoming Invitational Tournament.

Free Movie:
Mid-Pacific students in grades 9-12 are invited to a special screening of the movie "Ran," as part of the Honolulu Academy of Art Japanese Film Festival, on October 12 at 7:30 pm. Free for Mid-Pacific high school students, and Mid-Pacific will arrange transportation from campus. SAT Test, October 1

If you have registered to take the SAT on October 1, check-in begins at 7:15am at the Weinberg Media Zone (road side entrance). Doors close at 8:00 a.m. Latecomers will not be allowed in. What to Bring

  • Your Admission Ticket (required)
  • Acceptable photo ID (required)
  • Two No. 2 pencils with erasers
  • An approved calculator
  • A drink or snacks (for your break)

  • Any devices, including cell phones, digital watches, that can be used to record, transmit, receive, or play back audio, photographic, text, or video content


Baking and Cooking Club Meeting on Monday, October 3rd at 3:00pm in the Weinberg Bio-Tech Zone. We will be sharing the Events for the Year. Hope to see you there!


Middle School

Our next Kindness and Service Club meeting will be on Monday, October 3rd during lunch in Room B-5 (Mrs. Lee's classroom). Please get your lunch quickly and come to the meeting. Please remember to bring ideas for our World Kindness Day event in November. See you on Monday!

Color Me Happy Club Meeting Monday, October 3 during lunch. Bring your lunch to Wood Hall and meet in the DaVinci Studio.


College Counseling

Brigham Young University-Hawaii will be hosting a Campus Preview Day on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 8:30am-5:00pm. Recommended for current high school juniors and seniors. Get a quick start for college by exploring your options at BYU-Hawaii. Register at: admissions.byuh.edu/previewday.

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will be hosting an Information Session luncheon on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 11:00am - 12:30pm at the Pearl Country Club, 98-535 Kaonohi Street, Aiea. RSVP directly to UCCS by emailing the Regional Associate Director of Admission - Vanessa Ea at vea@uccs.edu. We encourage any student and their parents to attend an information session and luncheon to find out more about academics, on-campus housing, student life, and scholarships at UCCS. Get answers to all those questions spinning around in your head.


College Visits

We encourage you to attend the visits. They are an excellent opportunity to learn more about what colleges have to offer. New college visits are added daily. You can find the most updated list of college visits on Naviance (Family Connection) connection.naviance.com/midpac (under "Colleges" tab and click on "view all upcoming college visits"). If you will be missing a class, you must first ask your teacher for permission AND sign up at least two days in advance on Naviance. You will be responsible for any work missed. Please check the Daily Bulletin and Family Connection for updates and new additions. All juniors and seniors are welcome to attend. If you have any questions, please stop by the College Counseling Office.
