Music Program

"I would teach children music, physics, and philosophy; but most importantly music, for the patterns in music and all the arts are the keys to learning."
~Plato

Mid-Pacific's dynamic Music Program offers students in grades 7 through 12 the opportunity to study traditional band, orchestra, and vocal music. Our experienced faculty expose them to a wide variety of music which is tailored to each level of orchestra. Students will experience music from many different time periods found in Western Music History as well as more popular genres. Music students also do a lot of collaboration between other music classes and arts. Provided they want to pursue music to a higher level, classes in music history and theory are also available starting in 10th grade.

Our music program performs several major concerts a year and contributes in many other ways to the life of Mid-Pacific and the community.
