High School Assistant Principal (July 1, 2010) - The High School Assistant Principal is directly responsible to the Principal and assists the Principal in the organization, supervision, program implementation, and general operation of the school.
The duties of the Assistant Principal shall be assigned by the Principal/President and shall be guided by the view that the Principal and Assistant Principal are a team working with mutual understanding and cooperation in the implementation of the overall school program. The Assistant Principal shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the high school in the Principal's absence.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Education, two years school administration experience and five years classroom teaching experience. Experience in curriculum development, faculty supervision and development, and student services required.

6th Grade Technology Teacher, full-time, beginning August 4, 2010. Provide technology instruction to 6th grade students and facilitate in the ongoing development and improvement of programs and services to increase technology awareness and effective use within the 6th grade curriculum. Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three years teaching experience and prior middle level teaching experience. Teacher certification preferred. Must be knowledgeable of both Windows and Mac OSX in addition to having experience working with digital media equipment, proficient in working with the current version of Microsoft office suite, iwork/ilife and related integrated software. Must be able to work in a collaborative technology lab as well as being able to facilitate project-based instruction within a multidisciplinary learning environment. Essential to the duties of this position is the ability to assist team member with integrating technology into their curriculum.
